SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Our macarons are shipped nationwide with a secured insert tray inside our sturdy custom box. All orders are packed with a thermal bubble bag and ice packs to minimize impact during transit. All orders include a personalized note card. Add your message in the message field upon check out.
Orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express on Monday and Tuesday ONLY, to ensure arrival before the weekend.
Be sure to refrigerate your order upon arrival. They are good at room temperature for up to 48 hrs and hold for 7 days in the refrigerator as long as they are in original packaging or a closed container.
The shopping cart will calculate the best rate for you automatically. Once your package has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking link. This may take up to 48 hrs for your tracking number to appear in the tracking system.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. There is a $15 re-shipping charge.
We are not responsible in the event the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. We are not responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one was available.
Macarons are perishable therefore we do not allow returns.
All orders are non-refundable. You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not shipped. Macarons are delicate cuties, and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive without any cracks or bruises, but we do guarantee that they will taste amazing! If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order when it arrives, please let us know at email@example.com and we will make it right.
