Ché finds comfort in the art of storytelling and she finds comfort in translating those stories into delicious bite-size southern flavor delights called Macarons. A professional baker and cake designer for 26 years. All of Ché's desserts are particularly delicious, she attributes this to her southern roots and strong daily devotion to her spirituality that keeps her grounded.
